Qualifications

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, able to multi-task in a fast-growth setting.
• Experience in real estate or financial analysis is a plus.
• Awareness of international real estate markets, especially EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end real estate transaction lifecycle: searches, tours, financials, and lease negotiations.
• Build and maintain financial models; prepare business cases and executive summaries.
• Maintain lease admin database; track dates and generate portfolio reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on budgets and timelines.
• Monitor CRE market trends, rental rates, and macro indicators for EMEA.
• Support vendor relationships with brokers, landlords, and consultants.
• Identify automation opportunities and build BI dashboards for leadership.
