AECOM in the United Kingdom is offering a structured Graduate Development Programme within the Systems Engineering & Systems Assurance (SESA) team. Graduates will gain exposure to railway disciplines including signalling, telecommunications, rolling stock, track, civils, stations, and power.

Starting under the guidance of experienced engineers, you will progress to take ownership of defined technical activities and work packages as you grow, with a view to becoming an integrated systems engineer

Qualifications

• Degree with 2:1 in an engineering-related field.
• Genuine interest in rail systems and multidisciplinary engineering.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work in teams.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the Graduate Development Programme and work with live rail and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with system definitions, interfaces, and requirements management.
• Support verification, validation, and technical reviews.
