Qualifications

• Qualification required: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates without experience (training provided).
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Quantities & Estimating: Take off material quantities accurately from drawings and assist with sales inquiries and tender preparations.
• Pre & Post-Contract Management: Handle project costing, quotations, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Evaluate quotations, prepare contract documents, and assess subcontractor claims.
• Procurement & Compliance: Coordinate resource planning, vendor sourcing, and handle pre-construction authority approvals.
