Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in commercial management within construction projects.
• Awareness of contracts such as NEC / JCT.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quantity take-offs and preparing cost estimates.
• Support cost control and budgeting, including tracking spend.
• Help with procurement and supplier enquiries.
• Support contract administration and documentation management.
• Assist with cost reporting and valuations.
