Hill McGlynn Recruitment is supporting an established construction consultancy in recruiting a Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their Faversham team on a full‑time basis.

The role offers hands‑on exposure to live projects, mentoring from experienced surveyors and a clear path for long‑term career development. A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support senior surveyors with delivery of live projects.
• Assist with project documentation, reports and commercial information.
• Assist with cost plans, estimates and project budgets.
• Assist with tendering, procurement and contractor enquiries.
• Attend site visits, project meetings and client meetings.
• Assist with valuations, variations and project cost reporting.
