Tilbury Douglas is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to kick-start your career on live projects. You will work within our Regional Building team, rotating across cost management and commercial activities on education, health and defence schemes.

You’ll learn from experienced professionals, support cost management, and gain exposure to live projects across the North West region, with a pathway towards professional accreditation and chartered status.

Competenze

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (2:2 or above) is required or expected in 2027.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, logical approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Mansioni

• Contribute to cost estimates, budgets and tender submissions.
• Support procurement of subcontractors and suppliers for value.
• Track and monitor project costs, valuations and payments.
• Help assess risks, opportunities and variations.
• Produce clear reports to support client and project decisions.
• Develop relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
