Job summary

OCU Group is seeking a motivated graduate to join its Commercial team, based in either Ruislip or Reading. You’ll work alongside Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers and engineers, gaining hands-on experience across tendering, cost control and commercial reporting to support profitable project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline (minimum 2:2).
• Full UK driving licence would be beneficial.
• Relevant placements, internships or part-time work in construction, infrastructure, utilities or commercial environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial management and successful delivery of infrastructure and utility projects.
• Assist with valuations, subcontractor accounts, cost reports and forecasting.
• Gain experience across tender to final account and contract administration.
