Job summary

OCU Group is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in either Ruislip or Reading. You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of commercial project delivery within infrastructure and utilities, working alongside experienced surveyors, project managers and engineers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support cost management and budgeting for infrastructure and utility projects.
• Monitor project budgets and assist with procurement activities.
• Contribute to commercial reporting, forecasting and risk management.
• Assist with contract administration, valuation reviews and handling of variations/compensation events.
