Job summary

Built Alliance Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a PQS consultancy in Ellesmere Port. You will handle refurbishment projects for hospitality clients, with exposure to airports, hotels, and housing, and you'll engage directly with contractors and clients.

The role supports RICS qualification with accreditation and offers a flexible mix of office, home, and site work, plus potential sponsorship through the apprenticeship levy scheme.

Qualifications

• Graduate or junior QS with potential to progress towards RICS.
• PQS/employer's agent or client-side experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Sponsorship via apprenticeship levy scheme may be available for still-degree students.

Responsibilities

• Work on refurbishment projects for hospitality operators across a busy pipeline.
• Manage client and contractor interfaces in a client-facing role.
• Regional site travel with support towards RICS chartership.
