Daniel Owen Ltd, a growing drylining subcontractor, is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor in Redhill. The role offers hands-on exposure to commercial management on drylining and interior fit-out projects, with mentorship from experienced surveyors.

You will support valuations, payments, variations, and cost reporting, while assisting with procurement and subcontractor management to help achieve commercial objectives.

Qualificações

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Previous industry experience beneficial but not essential.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career within quantity surveying.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the commercial management of multiple projects.
• Support the preparation of valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
• Assist with the pricing and management of variations.
• Monitor project costs and help produce cost reports.
• Support procurement activities and subcontractor management.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
