Job summary

Omexom is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support the cost management of construction projects. You will assist with feasibility studies, cost planning, tender documents, and subcontractor payments while splitting time between the office and site visits.

Reporting to the Managing QS, you will analyse budgets, prepare cost reports, help with procurement, and work towards a professional accreditation as part of the GGP business unit.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.
• Experience in estimating costs and preparing cost plans.
• Understanding of construction principles and contract types.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and tracking project budgets and cost plans.
• Perform on-site measurements and evaluate progress for subcontractor payments.
• Prepare, review, and assist with tender documents and bills of quantities.
• Analyse commercial risks and help prepare monthly cost reports.
• Support procurement and liaison with clients, subcontractors and design teams.
