Gleeds is launching its Construct graduate programme in the UK to recruit aspiring Quantity Surveyors. You will gain hands-on experience on real projects, receiving guidance from industry experts and a clear path to chartered status with RICS, CIOB, and APM.

This structured programme provides development reviews, full backing to achieve accreditation costs, and opportunities for global exposure within a renowned property and construction consultancy.

Qualifications

• Right to live and work in the UK.
• A degree or masters (completed or completing by August 2027) within quantity surveying, surveying, construction management, mathematics or physics.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a team mindset.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to high-quality service delivery across projects.
• Support Cost Managers with cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation.
• Help manage tender processes, including evaluations and reporting.
• Support contract administration, valuations, payments, final accounts, and client reporting.
