As a consultant joining GROW, you'll work within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve our ways of working. You'll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.

Our Cost Consultants support projects across all sectors, advising on and managing the costs of construction and property projects. They support from the beginning of a project lifecycle to influence and drive decision-making. Your role will include supporting clients with cost estimation, project planning, procurement, and cost management; monitoring budgets and costs throughout the project lifecycle, and keeping clients and project teams informed.

Accepted Degrees:

• BSc or MSc in a RICS-accredited degree, such as Quantity Surveying, Property, Real Estate, or similar.

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and being a team player.
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (we embrace virtual working where possible).
