• Tender Process: Review drawings, analyse tenders, and negotiate with contractors.
• S.I.T Budgets: Create and manage Excel SIT Budgets,utiliseCOINS SIT Budgets.
• Order Placement: Chair meetingsand facilitateCOINS Order Placement.
• Payments: Generate payment batches, address invoice queries,and draftcertificates.
• CVR: Conduct valuations, reconcile costs andcompilecomprehensive reports.
• Subcontractor Management: Cultivate relationships, manage accounts andunderstandpricing structures.
