The role

Ferrovial Construction seeks Graduate Quality Engineers to assist with, and sometimes be responsible for, daily activities on major UK infrastructure projects. The 3-year graduate development program aims to develop personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach. You will work under the supervision of Quality Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to achieving health and safety standards in line with company policy and uphold quality standards on projects.
Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in writing and reviewing quality documentation, including Quality Management Plans & Inspection and Test Plans.
  • Support development of communication strategies to ensure understanding of quality plans among staff and subcontractors.
  • Monitor compliance of construction works and documentation according to Works Information, Ferrovial standards, and Technical Standards.
  • Prepare reports for the senior Quality team.
  • Support Project Quality Manager with investigations and audits.
  • Advise on quality requirements and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Promote customer requirements throughout the business.
  • Align with Ferrovial Construction UK Vision and Values.
  • Take ownership of assigned work.
  • Adhere to safety regulations on-site and ensure staff compliance.
  • Support environmental and sustainability policies.
