Job Description:

We’re hiring a Vendor Quality Specialist to help lead localization quality at scale — across multiple vendors, languages, and high-visibility products.

This is a hands-on role embedded in a lean, high-performance quality team responsible for ensuring translation output isn’t just accurate, but culturally resonant and operationally sound. If you’ve operated in fast-paced, global environments and know what great vendor management looks like, this role is built for you.

The Offer

• Salary range of £46,000 - £51,000 pa
• Fully remote working in the UK
• Role will start on an initial 6-month contract

What You’ll Own

• Oversee end-to-end localization quality workflows across vendors and markets.
• Act as the escalation and coordination point between internal teams and vendor partners.
• Manage feedback loops, triage translation issues, and track resolution.
• Execute and report on LQA tasks — ensuring timely delivery, data accuracy, and root cause follow-ups.
• Support testing, onboarding, and alignment of new linguists and vendors.
• Maintain linguistic assets across multiple locales — style guides, terminology, and reference materials.

What You Bring

• 3+ years in localization project or quality management — ideally with vendor-side exposure.
• Strong command of CAT tools, TMS platforms, and localization processes.
• Clear, culturally sensitive communication skills across time zones.
• Sharp judgment in managing ambiguity and prioritizing operational tasks.
• Degree in linguistics, translation, or related discipline.
