The role

Ferrovial Construction seeks Graduate Quality Engineers to assist with, and sometimes be responsible for, daily activities on major UK infrastructure projects. The 3-year graduate development program aims to develop personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach, with supervision from Quality Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to Health and Safety compliance and uphold Quality standards on projects.
  • Assist in writing and reviewing quality documentation, including Quality Management Plans & Inspection and Test Plans.
  • Support development of communication strategies to ensure understanding and compliance with quality plans.
  • Monitor site compliance and relevant documentation according to design drawings, standards, and policies.
  • Assist in reporting and support audits and investigations.
  • Advise on quality best practices, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Promote customer requirements and align with Ferrovial Construction UK Vision and Values.
  • Own assigned tasks and ensure safe working practices.
  • Support environmental and sustainability policies.
