Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant - FULL TIME

Join us at Vision for Education Ltd as a Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant - FULL TIME.

We are seeking a dedicated recent graduate with a 2.1 or higher in Psychology or a related field, passionate about pursuing careers in Teaching, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Speech and Language Therapy. Experience supporting primary-aged students with ASD, SEN, or other learning difficulties is desirable.

This role offers the opportunity to support students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) and those requiring additional support in a primary school setting in Plymouth.

• Position: Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant
• Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, during term time

Responsibilities:

• Support primary students with EHCPs, working individually or in small groups (up to 5 students)
• Implement behaviour management strategies to aid socialisation, routine building, and emotional regulation
• Assist students academically and pastorally to help them reach their potential
• Build positive relationships with students and staff to foster an inclusive learning environment
