We are currently seeking a dedicated Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful primary school in Plymouth. This role offers the opportunity to support students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), as well as those requiring additional support.

Key Information About The Role

• Position: Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant
• Full-Time: Monday to Friday, term-time
• Ideal for: Aspiring Educational Psychologists, Teachers, or related fields
• Key Responsibilities:
• Support primary-aged students with EHCPs, working with them individually or in small groups (up to 5 students).
• Implement behaviour management strategies to help students with socialisation, routines, and emotional regulation.
• Assist students with academic and pastoral aspects of their school life, supporting them to achieve their full potential.
• Build positive relationships with students and staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
