Job summary

Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in Birmingham is launching a 1-year Real Estate Graduate Programme. You will rotate across sales, lettings and property management, gaining hands-on client-facing experience and site visits while receiving structured training and mentorship.

Eligible graduates with a strong degree and a UK work permit are encouraged to apply. The programme leads to a permanent placement upon completion, with a starting salary published as £25,680 per year.

You will work 37.5 hours per week but dependent on which rotation you're on, your hours may slightly vary. What You\'ll Do
