Job summary

Blue Gem Holdings | One Avenue Group is launching a Future Leaders Graduate Programme in Central London. The scheme runs for twelve months across the business, then transitions into a permanent role chosen by the candidate. From day one you are known by name and involved in viewing rooms, client meetings and landlord conversations.

The year covers hospitality, commercial training, brokerage, and managed office deals, with a strong pathway to a permanent lane in the growth plan after month 12.

Qualifications

• Graduating in Real Estate, Property, Planning, Surveying, or Business, Economics or Finance with a real pull toward property.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and landlord conversations from day one.
• Attend viewings and help with leasing discussions.
• Receive structured commercial training and mentorship across brokerage, managed offices and AI tools.

Twelve months. The whole business. Then a permanent role you choose.

You will be one of two. Known by name on day one, in the room for viewings, client meetings and landlord conversations from your first month.

We run seven premium London office centres at 97%+ occupancy against a market average of 85%, plus a managed division, our own brokerage and AI platforms we built in house. We are growing fast, and we promote from within. Three people on our Board started here in junior roles. One was a purchase ledger clerk. One started on a hospitality front desk.

Your year

Hospitality and how a building actually works. Then commercial training and leading your own viewings. Then our brokerage. Then managed office deals with landlords. Then leases, appraisals and financial modelling. At month 12 you pick your lane and step into a permanent role in the growth plan.
