Qualifications

• You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working embraced).

Responsibilities

• Project Management - support the delivery of innovative and sustainable projects across infrastructure, buildings, water, and the environment.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and budgeting, developing project plans and timelines, and monitoring budgets and progress.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure clear communication with clients and team members.
• Identify risks and assist in delivering timely resolutions to keep projects on track.
