Job summary

Mott MacDonald is offering a graduate Project Manager role across our Social Infrastructure team, delivering responsive, socially meaningful projects. You will be involved end-to-end from concept to delivery, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to wellbeing, equity, and social value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Studies, or Health, Education, Social Care disciplines.
• Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
• Demonstrates genuine interest in opportunities at Mott MacDonald and in joining the graduate programme.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and coordination of project delivery.
• Assist in developing project tools, communications, and tracking systems.
• Contribute to research, event planning, and client reporting.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high standards.
• Adapt project management approaches to client needs.
