Job summary

Mott MacDonald Group is seeking graduates for a Graduate Project Manager role across social infrastructure sectors including education, health, and social care. You’ll join a collaborative, inclusive team and gain hands-on experience from concept to delivery, with mentoring and a structured development programme from day one.

You’ll work across three core service areas, supporting delivery, client reporting, and research while developing essential project management skills in a hybrid working

Qualifications

• Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
• Bachelor's degree obtained no earlier than 2025 or expected to achieve one of the listed degree disciplines.
• Demonstrate genuine interest in the opportunity and in joining Mott MacDonald by highlighting relevant experience or interests.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and coordination of project delivery.
• Assist in the development of project tools, communications, and tracking systems.
• Contribute to research, event planning, and client reporting.
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
