Job summary

STACE LLP is offering a Graduate Project Manager role within a two-year structured development programme designed to help you become a RICS Chartered professional. You will work across a varied portfolio from landmark schemes to local developments, with mentorship from industry leaders and a focus on sustainability and giving back.

You will gain real-world experience from day one, contribute to project reports, assist in budgets and risk management, and build lasting client relationships while

Qualifications

• Curious, motivated and eager to learn about construction and property consultancy.
• Committed to learning, taking ownership and delivering high-quality work.
• Passionate about sustainability and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical reports, meeting notes and project documentation.
• Develop skills in reading programmes, financial schedules and project finances.
• Assist in the delivery and successful completion of a wide range of projects.
• Work alongside developers, contractors, consultants and clients, building lasting professional relationships.
• Support the management of project risks, quality inspections and the bid process, including PQQs.
• Take part in CSR activities, careers fairs and work experience initiatives.
• Provide support to Partners and leadership across the business.
