Crux Product Design Ltd in Bristol is seeking a motivated Graduate Project Manager to start in summer 2027 and join our multi-disciplinary team. You will help manage projects from concept through to production, coordinating across design and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery and high standards.

This role offers exposure to all stages of development in a fast-paced, supportive environment, with opportunities to learn, grow and contribute to world-class products at Crux.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a first or high 2:1 in a relevant accredited degree.
• Engineering or PM placement/internship experience.
• Understanding of planning tasks, project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Ability to track project progress, delivering on-time and on-budget.
• Strong report writing and excellent presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Client facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects from concept through to production.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design and engineering teams.
• Ensure projects run smoothly, on time and to the highest standard.
• Support delivery of world-class products.
