Job summary

Crux Product Design is seeking motivated Intern Project Managers to join our Bristol team for a 12-month placement starting summer 2027, supporting the delivery of some of the world’s most exciting product development projects.

You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams, helping to manage projects from concept through to production, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and to the highest standard, with exposure to all stages of the development process.

Qualifications

• On track to achieve a first or high 2:1 in a relevant engineering degree program.
• Understanding of planning tasks and defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Ability to track project progress, delivering on-time and budget.
• Ability to address issues as they arise, and both make and drive decisions.
• Strong report writing skills and excellent presentation and interpersonal communication.
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills and ability to work across cross-disciplinary teams and be client facing.

Position Overview

Crux Product Design is an ambitious and growing consultancy, specialising in the development of medical and consumer devices. We are seeking motivated Intern Project Managers to join our team in Bristol for a 12-month placement starting in summer 2027, supporting the delivery of some of the world’s most exciting product development projects.

In this role, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary design and engineering teams, helping to manage projects from concept through to production. You will play a central role in ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and to the highest standard, with the opportunity to gain exposure to all stages of the development process.
