Crux Product Design Ltd in Bristol is seeking a talented student on track for a first-class engineering degree to join our Life Sciences R&D team for a 12-month placement starting summer 2027. You’ll work with expert engineers and scientists on medical devices and biotechnology across European and US markets.

You’ll split your week between planning experiments, computational modelling, prototyping and collaboration with clients and labs.

Qualifications

• On track for a first-class engineering degree or similar.
• Experience in test rig design or computational modelling.
• Proactivity and enthusiasm for problem solving and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Supporting, planning and executing experiments, modelling and analysis.
• Ideating and building novel tools, methods and solutions for clients.
• Supporting nonclinical, preclinical and clinical development.
• Collaborating with other science and tech experts.
