Ridge is a Built Environment consultancy inviting graduates to join the Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme in our Cheltenham office. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on projects across sectors, from initial brief to delivery, with an offer anticipated before Christmas 2026 or early 2027.

As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll receive formal development support, CPD opportunities and mentorship, helping you grow in project planning, risk management and stakeholder coordination while

Qualifications

• 2:1 bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• Available to start full-time from September 2027.
• Permanent right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not required.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Passionate about the Built Environment and its impact on communities.

Responsabilités

• Gain on-the-job learning while working on projects across sectors.
• Develop skills in project planning, programme and risk management.
• Coordinate stakeholders and governance and produce regular progress reports.
• Support projects from brief through to completion.
