Job summary

Ridge & Partners Llp in London is launching its Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme for aspiring Project Managers. This two-year scheme combines on-the-job learning with formal development across planning, risk management and stakeholder coordination, mentored by experienced professionals.

You'll work across sectors, contribute from brief to completion, gain practical delivery skills and the chance to pursue chartered status.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree in Project Management or closely related field.
• Available to start full-time from September 2027.
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK and no visa sponsorship needed.
• Willing to travel to London office four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, governance and reporting across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, consultants and contractors.
• Learn through on-the-job experiences with mentorship from senior professionals.
• Develop skills in stakeholder coordination and risk management.
