Job summary

Advanced Engineering is seeking a Graduate Project Engineer - Mechanical Engineering (FMCG) on UK-wide assignments. You will manage projects from design through installation and commissioning, working with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years' FMCG project management experience, a degree in engineering, and skills in AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Revit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' project management experience within FMCG.
• Experience in the food and beverage sector.
• Degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Knowledge of mechanical services, HVAC, utilities.
• MS Project / Primavera would be advantageous.
• Strong technical, organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design through to commissioning.
• Produce and review engineering drawings, P&IDs, layouts and specifications.
• Coordinate clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Carry out site surveys, inspections and technical reviews.

Graduate Project Engineer - Mechanical Engineering (FMCG)

£27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

Are you an experienced Graduate Project Engineer, with a background in FMCG, ideally within the food and beverage sector. This role involves managing mechanical engineering projects from initial design through to installation and commissioning, working closely with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design through to commissioning.
