Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer specializing in FMCG/Process Engineering to lead process activities on bespoke client projects in Yeovil and surrounding sites.

You'll own the project delivery from concept through to completion, with exposure to P&IDs, design risk assessments, installation planning and commissioning, plus travel to client sites as required. Hybrid working is supported; salary range £46,000–£54,000, plus relocation/training benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven project delivery experience within FMCG (food / beverage / dairy or similar)
• Engineering qualification with strong communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and comfortable travelling / staying away when required

Responsibilities

• Process lead for assigned FMCG projects and work packages
• Lead process design outputs: P&IDs, component schedules, design risk assessments
• Coordinate internal disciplines, subcontractors and suppliers; run customer project reviews
• Plan installation and lead commissioning, start-up and performance testing
• Permanent role, 40 hours per week, based Yeovil with stay-away when required

Yeovil, Somerset with travel to client sites (Commutable from: Sherborne, Wincanton, Somerton, Crewkerne, Chard, Taunton, Dorchester)

Are you a Project Engineer from FMCG, Food, Dairy, Beverage etc. looking to join a highly successful industry specialist, where you can work on bespoke engineering solutions for a range of clients, and develop your skillset through internal and external training opportunities with the view to becoming the go to specialist for a thriving national business?

You will be joining a specialist process engineering company known for delivering end-to-end project solutions. Due to continued project demand, they are looking to strengthen their engineering team with an experienced Project Engineer.

On offer is a Project Engineer position where you will work as part of the project team on bespoke projects for a variety of clients, working from concept to completion on all aspects of project deliverables and gaining specialist training into this bespoke sector to ensure your continued development.

This role would suit a Project Engineer from FMCG looking to take a step up in responsibility, become the technical lead on projects and broaden your experience across the full project lifecycle.
