Short Brothers, a Boeing Company, in Belfast invites ambitious graduates to join our Programme and Project Management teams. You will help deliver aerospace projects from concept to delivery, collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance and operations.

You'll gain real project experience from day one, working with seasoned professionals to build leadership, communication and decision‑making skills while advancing your career in a global aerospace organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Honours Degree in a business-related subject or engineering.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on local and global aerospace projects.
• Collaborate with teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance and operations.
• Help solve complex business and project challenges.
• Support project planning, scheduling, risk management and delivery activities.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas that drive continuous improvement.
• Develop leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
