Short Brothers, a Boeing Company in Belfast, invites graduates to join the Programme and Project Management teams to help deliver aerospace projects. You'll engage with engineering, manufacturing and commercial teams from day one and contribute to plans, schedules and stakeholder management.

You'll gain hands-on experience across local and global projects, developing leadership and delivery skills in a dynamic aerospace environment with mentoring and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Essential: 2:2 Honours Degree in a relevant Business-related subject or Engineering.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Interest in project delivery, programme management, and the aerospace industry.
• Desirable: Master’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Work on local and global aerospace projects.
• Collaborate with teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance and operations.
• Help solve complex business and project challenges.
• Support project planning, scheduling, risk management and delivery activities.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas that drive continuous improvement.
• Develop leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
