Thales UK invites applications for the 2027 Bid & Project Management Office Graduate Programme. This two-year, rotational scheme across UK sites offers exposure to Project Planning, Bid Management and Project Delivery, with 3 placements and dedicated training.

You will study for the APM Projects Fundamentals Qualification, benefit from hybrid working options, a £32,000 salary, and a pathway into future programme management roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any subject.

Responsibilities

• Complete a two-year rotational development programme.
• Undertake three placements across Project Planning & Controls, Bid Management and Project Management.
• Participate in BPMO skills and essential skills training.
• Deliver a dedicated graduate project.
• Gain experience across different Thales businesses, teams, and sites.
• Develop key bid and project management skills, knowledge, and competencies.
• Build a professional network across the organisation.
