Job summary

Vectis Recruitment is seeking a Production Manager for a leading manufacturer specialising in complex metal products. You will lead site production to meet targets, drive efficiency, and foster a high-performance culture.

The role requires proven experience in a complex engineering environment with a track record of improving operational processes and developing staff. You will drive lean initiatives, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure safety and quality targets are met.

• Proven experience in a Production or Operational leadership position in a complex manufacturing environment.
