Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Production Engineer to kick-start your engineering career in a manufacturing environment. You will work on hands-on projects, support production operations and contribute to cross-site initiatives across international sites.

Role focuses on mechanical systems, tooling and continuous improvement with opportunities to develop practical engineering skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification/degree in Engineering.
• An interest in mechanical engineering, manufacturing processes, assembly and testing.
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• A practical, problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail.
• An interest in continuous improvement and making manufacturing processes more efficient.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues across different levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations across manufacturing areas, ensuring products are built and tested to required standards.
• Investigate production and testing issues, troubleshoot equipment faults and propose effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, efficiency and product quality using Lean principles.
• Assist with the introduction of new products and provide technical support for existing products.
• Develop tooling and test equipment for maintenance and development of assembly jigs, fixtures and testing equipment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, work instructions and assembly procedures to support consistency.
