Zusammenfassung

Epwin Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Graduate to support the Engineering and Maintenance team across the manufacturing site. You will gain hands-on experience in maintaining and improving production equipment, developing preventative maintenance strategies, and driving operational performance improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Aufgaben

• Support the maintenance and reliability of manufacturing assets across the site.
• Assist with root cause analysis of equipment failures and implementation of corrective actions.
• Participate in preventative and predictive maintenance improvement activities.
• Support engineering projects from concept through to installation and commissioning.
• Assist with developing engineering standards, maintenance procedures and technical documentation.
• Work with Production teams to identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.
• Support contractor management and project delivery activities.
• Assist in the specification, procurement and installation of new equipment.
• Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Support compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards.
• Develop an understanding of extrusion, materials handling, automation and manufacturing processes.
