The Role

• Support our Product Team with the launch of innovative electricity, lighting, and hardware products to global markets.
• Ideal candidates are graduates in Product Design, Engineering, or related fields, or have equivalent industry experience.
• Gain practical experience in a professional environment with mentorship from industry experts.
• Contribute to impactful projects with some flexibility to leverage strengths.
• Proficiency in CAD, especially SolidWorks, for creating 3D models and reviewing 2D drawings.
• Strong computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and beneficial skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Enthusiastic about design, interiors, and proactive learning.
• Reporting to the Head of Product Delivery and Vendor Management; UK travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of product launch, from inception to appraisal.
• Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Report on and document product performance.
• Conduct market research and collaborate with stakeholders for range appraisal.
• Assist product developers with problem-solving and manufacturing optimization.
• Create and edit CAD files and assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Support performance testing and fault analysis of products.
• Analyze samples for compliance with specifications.
• Contribute to instruction manual creation and propose design improvements.
• Support data entry, IP submissions, and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with global teams and manufacturing partners.
• Support sample management and undertake ad hoc tasks as needed.
