Job summary

BAE Systems welcomes graduates to join our integrated process and product development team in Glascoed. You will plan and deliver process engineering tasks, gaining hands-on experience in design processes and new technologies while supporting the manufacturing team to resolve issues.

From day one, you’ll collaborate with experienced colleagues, contributing ideas and learning across disciplines within defence, aerospace and security solutions that matter.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 Bachelor's degree in a subject related to your chosen area.
• Security and export control restrictions may apply to many roles.
• All applicants must achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard; higher levels of National Security Vetting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver process engineering tasks within an integrated process and product development team.
• Gain knowledge of the design process and implementation of new technologies.
• Support the manufacturing team in resolving issues that arise.
• Contribute ideas and collaborate with colleagues to shape projects from day one.
