Job summary

BAE Systems is inviting graduates to join a structured development programme starting from September 2027. You will help deliver advanced defence, aerospace and security solutions while contributing to customer commitments with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.

From day one you’ll collaborate with experienced colleagues across engineering, digital and business fields, gaining skills and recognised qualifications in a supportive environment that values inclusion and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in a subject related to your chosen area.
• Many roles are subject to national security vetting and export control restrictions.

Responsibilities

• As a graduate, you will take responsibility for ensuring we deliver on customer commitments on time, cost, and quality.
• You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues across engineering, digital, or business disciplines and contribute ideas from day one.
• The programme is non-rotational with 18–30 months of development and clear progression opportunities.
