Starting salary of £30,296 plus £930 Bonus with a further £2,000 increase following completion of training
Hours are 6.00am - 2.00pm and 2.00pm - 10.00pm Monday to Friday
Due to working hours and location access to own transport is essential
Due to a big increase in demand we are again recruiting on behalf of a multinational Pharmaceutical company to recruit upwards of 8 Process Technicians on a Permanent basis with 3 of the original 11 available roles having been successfully offered and accepted with start dates over the coming weeks and months. Alongside experienced candidates they are also recruiting a number of Graduates who will join this year's training academy - an internal course you take alongside on the job training which takes 9-12 months to become a fully trained Compounder. This also includes an increase in pay once you go up a Grade.
Candidates with a background in Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing will also be considered as full training in Gowning procedure and Aseptic manufacturing will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor equipment in a GMP-regulated clean room environment.
Maintain stringent hygiene and safety standards to ensure product quality.
Perform quality control checks and document findings.
Support the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in compliance with SOPs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflow.
Requirements
Previous experience in a clean room or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly desirable however training will be provided.
Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is highly desirable.
Attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bachelor's degree in any Science discipline is essential (for the Graduate roles)
