Job summary

KLA Newport is offering a Graduate Process Engineer role within our process and applications teams (CVD, PVD or Etch). You will receive extensive training through the Graduate Development program and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing semiconductor company.

You will travel to support customers in Europe, Asia and the USA, participate in technical training, and contribute to developing new products that meet customer needs while building your career in a global tech leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 2:1 in Physics, Chemistry or Materials Science as required.
• Masters or semiconductor industry study is desirable but not required.
• Good familiarity with MS Office and MATLAB is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate processes to meet specifications.
• Contribute to projects developing new products for global customers.
• Assess results using analytical labs and software tools like Excel.
• Troubleshoot faults on process solutions in-house and in the field.
• Provide updates to product marketing and process teams with written summaries.
• Establish strong customer and team relationships to communicate results.
