KLA Corporation, via its SPTS division, is offering a Graduate Development programme based in Newport. You will gain hands‑on experience across the full operations lifecycle within a fast‑growing global semiconductor company.

You will be supported with structured training and mentoring as you develop technical and soft skills, with opportunities across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams in Europe, Asia and the USA.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (2:1) in Engineering Discipline.
• Masters or prior semiconductor experience desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work at the heart of a world‑class semiconductor manufacturing operation, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, operations and quality teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Play a hands‑on role in launching next‑generation products and contributing to New Product Introduction programmes.
• Gain exposure across the full product lifecycle from development to sustaining engineering and global installed base.
• Solve real engineering challenges using structured problem solving, data analysis and industry‑leading tools.
• Contribute to quality and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery and operational excellence.
• Accelerate your professional development by working with experienced specialists and taking increasing ownership of projects.
