KLA is hiring a Graduate Electrical / Electronic Engineer in Newport, United Kingdom, to join a state-of-the-art facility and a structured graduate development program starting September 2027. You will work on electrical and electronic design across CVD, PVD, or Etch products, with on-the-job training and mentorship from your KLA team.

The role emphasizes practical design, test documentation, and collaboration across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (2:1) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Applicants with a Master’s Degree or prior experience in the semiconductor industry would be desirable but not required.
• A good acquaintance with SW tools (MS Office, MATLAB) would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Electrical / electronic control and interface design.
• Electrical assembly design.
• Design of electrical enclosures using Solid Edge.
