Anglian Water’s @one Alliance is recruiting a Graduate Process Engineer to join a major capital investment programme across the East of England. • 2:2 degree or above in a water/wastewater process science/engineering related subject.
• Work in an open and collaborative way with Alliance teams and the client.
• Understand the defined stage gate delivery process and its impact on role and processes.
• Apply rigour to projects requiring accurate and timely delivery and decision making.
• Organise workload and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
• Interest in infrastructure, construction or built environment.

As a Graduate Process Engineer you’ll be part of this exciting programme from the start, gaining hands‑on experience of Process Engineering across major infrastructure projects.

You’ll work alongside experienced Engineering professionals building your knowledge, developing your skills and working towards a successful career in Process Engineering.

You’ll be supported throughout your development, with opportunities to build your technical knowledge, gain professional experience and work towards your longer‑term career goals.

You’ll need:

• A 2:2 degree or above BEng or MEng/MSc in water/wastewater process science/engineering related subject
• Work in an open and collaborative way– practice integrated working with all Alliance teams and the client. Develop effective working relationships.
• Embrace the responsibilities of a defined stage gate delivery process – understand its impact on your role, people and processes.
• Apply rigour to key projects and tasks that require accurate and timely delivery and decision making
• The ability to organise your workload and meet deadlines
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
• An interest in infrastructure, construction or the built environment
• A full UK driving licence, or the ability to travel between project locations where required
