Job summary

Anglian Water’s @one Alliance seeks a Graduate Process Engineer in Peterborough on a hybrid pattern. You’ll be part of a sizeable capital delivery programme, gaining hands-on experience across water treatment/process engineering while working with seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree or above BEng or MEng/MSc in water/wastewater process science/engineering-related subject
• Ability to work openly and collaboratively, practicing integrated working with all Alliance teams and the client
• To embrace the responsibilities of a defined stage gate delivery process – understand its impact on your role, people and processes
• Apply rigour to key projects and tasks that require accurate and timely delivery and decision making
• The ability to organise your workload and meet deadlines
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn
• An interest in infrastructure, construction or the built environment
• A full UK driving licence, or the ability to travel between project locations where required

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in Process Engineering on major infrastructure projects

• Contribute to Anglian Water's capital programme delivery

You’ll work alongside experienced engineering professionals, building your knowledge, developing your skills, and working towards a successful career in Process Engineering. You’ll be supported throughout your development, with opportunities to build your technical knowledge, gain professional experience, and work towards your longer‑term career goals.

You’ll Need
