Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is assisting a welcoming primary school in Crewe to recruit a Graduate Primary School Teaching Assistant. You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils and engage them in learning activities, including one-to-one and small-group support.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with weekly pay. A relevant degree is required to be considered for this role, and the school emphasises a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils across the primary age range with learning activities.
  • Assist the class teacher with lessons and classroom activities.

  • Help pupils build confidence, independence and engagement in learning.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and inclusive participation.
  • Prepare and organise classroom resources for daily activities.
  • Support pupils during breaks and lunchtime when needed.
  • Develop positive relationships with pupils and staff to foster a welcoming environment.

Pay: £500 - £515 per week

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-3:30pm

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Crewe area. The school is committed to providing a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged to develop their confidence, independence, and love of learning.

As a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and pupils, providing classroom support and helping children engage positively with their learning.

Your Responsibilities
