Ageas UK is seeking a Graduate Pricing Analyst in Reigate to shape pricing decisions using data and analytics. You will analyse trends, build insights, and contribute to projects influencing how products are priced and managed.

Work alongside experienced pricing professionals and develop technical, commercial and analytical skills from day one. Key responsibilities include data analysis, creating pricing models, and preparing reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or a similar numerical subject – with a minimum 2:1.
• Strong numerical and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Curious mindset, with a passion for data and insights.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
• Confident working with data and large datasets.
• Basic coding skills; SQL, Python or R is advantageous.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support pricing reviews with data‑driven insights.
• Monitor business performance, including sales and customer retention.
• Help develop and improve pricing models and analytical tools.
