Job summary

L&Q Living is seeking a ambitious graduate to join the Pre-Construction team in London, Stratford, to train as a Pre-Construction Project Manager. You will support the Regional Manager and Major Works Team to ensure projects are fully prepared before work begins.

Responsibilities include reviewing data, inspections, party wall notices, planning applications, and leasehold compliance, while developing construction and commercial management knowledge with experienced mentors.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2.1 degree (or higher) in a built environment subject.
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines.
• Initiative-taking with a desire to learn and progress your career.
• Understanding of Excel.
• Enthusiasm for working in project management and construction.
• Excellent communication and customer skills.

Responsibilities

• Review programme and asset data.
• Carry out pre-work inspections.
• Assist with party wall notices.
• Support planning applications where required.
• Ensure works comply with leasehold requirements.
• Liaise with consultants and contractors.
